This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy consultative selling, building customer trust, and converting leads into long-term policyholders through phone-based sales.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Explain product benefits, policy coverage, and key terms clearly and confidently
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong conversion rates
- Handle objections professionally and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and updates in CRM
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of telesales / inside sales experience (insurance or banking preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Confident in closing sales and meeting monthly targets
- Ability to explain financial products in a simple and convincing way
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes
- Positive attitude, resilience, and comfort working in a target-driven environment
