Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt processing for cheque, bank transfer, credit card, cash, and direct payments.
- Perform bank, commission, insurance, customer credit balance, and account reconciliations.
- Handle petty cash, monthly expense accounting, vendor payments, and client refunds.
- Coordinate with insurance companies regarding receipts and refunds.
- Process payment requests and support daily cash and cheque deposits.
- Resolve unallocated transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
