Telesales Agent

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients for both AND Events and ANZ Interiors.
• Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects for event management, fit-out, and interior solutions.
• Introduce and promote the services of both companies to potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales and business development teams.
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and existing leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and opportunities within the events and interiors industries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, business development, or a similar sales role.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in lead generation and prospecting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Experience in the events, construction, fit-out, or interior design industry is a plus.
