Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Dubai.

The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective students and leads, introduce LSB programmes, and explain course offerings and admission requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for admissions staff.

The role also involves maintaining call records, updating CRM systems, and meeting call and conversion targets.

The Telemarketer collaborates with the admissions and marketing teams to support enrollment campaigns and ensure a positive experience for all prospective learners.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and clearly explain programme information.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, promote courses, and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to organize follow-up calls, consultations, and admissions meetings.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfortable using telephony systems, CRM tools, and basic office software.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or education admissions is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, meet performance goals, and adhere to professional ethics and confidentiality standards.
