You will be working as part of the LSB Group.

The successful candidate will become part of a Business Development Team, in a role that offers a lot of responsibility and fast career progression.

You will need lots of energy and have a strong desire to succeed, as your day will be jam-packed with developing self-generated prospects.

You will be dealing with senior-level staff.

Key Objectives

  • Increase brand awareness
  • Stimulate, build and inspire clients and consumer engagement
  • Drive new business leads and sales
  • To deliver internal/external marketing activity reports.
  • To develop and communicate a consistent brand policy.
  • To drive targeted traffic to our website and social media channels
  • Day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Business development
  • Meeting with new clients
  • Qualifying leads
  • Client pipeline management
  • Clients evaluation and procurement
  • Account management
  • Sales process management
  • Closing sales and agreeing on price plans and payments
  • Be responsible and accountable for meeting targets
  • Participation in our sales strategy
  • Joining fairs and trade shows when required
  • Competitor analysis and monitoring market trends
  • Giving feedback to management

Candidate Requirements

  • Self-motivated, but able to work as part of a team
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • A positive attitude, good initiative and enterprise
  • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Creative flair
  • Strong command of English
