Sales Representative – Telecommunications
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Representative** to join our telecommunications team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our telecom products and services, and achieving sales targets.
This position involves both field and office-based sales activities and requires excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through leads, cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
- Promote and sell mobile, internet, and telecommunications products and service packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries when required.
- Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and company events.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred, ideally in the telecommunications or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education is an advantage.
- Bilingual candidates (Arabic and English) are preferred.
