Sales Representative – Telecommunications

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through leads, cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
• Promote and sell mobile, internet, and telecommunications products and service packages.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company's CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries when required.
• Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and company events.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred, ideally in the telecommunications or a related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education is an advantage.
• Bilingual candidates (Arabic and English) are preferred.
