We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
Key Responsibilities
**Campaign Management:** Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, email, and display advertising.
**SEO/SEM:** Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
**Social Media Marketing:** Create and manage content across social media platforms to engage audiences and increase followers.
**Content Strategy:** Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for blogs, videos, infographics, and other digital formats.
**Analytics & Reporting:** Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Email Marketing:** Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and retain customers.
**Brand Consistency:** Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
**Competitor Analysis:** Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitors to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creativity and attention to detail in designing campaigns and crafting content.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development is a plus.
