Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Telecommunication Engineering.
- Experience Status: Fresh Graduate (Must be currently unemployed and available for immediate placement).
- Professionalism: Demonstrates a highly professional personality, strong work ethic, and readiness to adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Industry Exposure: Academic, project, or internship experience related to the design of communication systems specifically for Oil and Gas facilities.
- Core Competencies: Strong understanding of telecommunication engineering principles, including network design, signal transmission, and communication protocols.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills.
- Status: Fresh Graduate (Must be currently unemployed and available for immediate placement).
Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Support project phases from FEED through execution, ensuring telecommunication engineering requirements are safely and accurately met.
- System Integration: Assist in the design and reliable integration of vital telecom systems, including fiber optics, wireless networks, and industrial control systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure telecommunication systems align with overall facility operations and project goals.
- Technical Application: Apply core telecommunication engineering principles to optimize network design, signal transmission, and communication protocols.
