Site Manager (Saudi Arabia)

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the PMC, contractors, designers, operations, and end users as the client's primary site representative.
• Monitor renovation progress, contractor performance, schedules, resources, and site constraints.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and other construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Resolve technical issues, risks, delays, and site coordination challenges.
• Lead site meetings, track action items, and review contractor progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, testing and commissioning, defect closure, and final handover.
• Work with operations and facilities management to confirm housing-unit readiness.
• Report progress, risks, delays, and required decisions to management.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of construction and site-management experience.
• Experience in housing renovation, residential refurbishment, or building construction.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary contractors and coordinating site activities.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Project or construction management certification is preferred; relevant professional registration is required where applicable.
