Job Summary
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Telecom Maintenance Engineer to join our team and drive service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks.
The role is responsible for delivering safe and reliable passenger service with a focus on engineering, maintenance, and asset management for Communication Control Systems, including DTS, TEL, TETRA, TDS and UPS.
The Telecom Maintenance Engineer will review technical documentation, develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures, manage Level 1 to 4 maintenance activities and support the enhancement of asset performance through best industry practices.
The role also includes contributing to the Maintenance Management System (MMS), performance dashboards and ensuring efficient maintenance delivery across telecom systems.
Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant engineering or maintenance experience, staff management capability and knowledge of Maximo or similar MMS/CMMS platforms.
