JOB SUMMARY RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Service Delivery Director to join our team and drive service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks.
The role is responsible for the overall operation, passenger experience, and operational performance of both networks, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer service.
The Service Delivery Director will develop and implement strategic and management plans aligned with operational and customer experience Key Performance Requirements (KPRs), foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, and maintain strong relationships with Qatar Rail and other stakeholders.
The role also includes leading performance management initiatives, overseeing incident response and communication processes, promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring robust data collection and analysis to drive operational excellence and maximise passenger satisfaction.
