Key Responsibilities
- Execute advanced coiled tubing operations including:
- Perforating
- Stimulation and acidizing
- Well cleanouts and milling
- Zonal isolation and plug setting
- Utilize real-time downhole measurements (e.g., pressure, temperature, depth correlation) to:
- Monitor tool performance
- Optimize job execution
- Reduce operational uncertainty
- Perform accurate depth correlation and positioning using downhole referencing systems (e.g., CCL or equivalent)
- Support and execute coiled tubing conveyed perforating (CTP) operations with live verification of tool activation
- Integrate and operate downhole sensor BHAs and telemetry-enabled tools
- Conduct multi-service intervention campaigns (e.g., combine cleanout, perforating, and evaluation in a single trip)
- Interpret and act on real-time operational data to optimize decision-making at the wellsite
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (wireline, completions, reservoir, drilling)
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and well control requirements
Required Experience
- Minimum 5-10 years in coiled tubing / well intervention roles
- Proven experience in complex intervention environments:
- Extended reach wells
- Highly deviated / horizontal wells
- HPHT environments
- Strong background in:
- Coiled tubing conveyed perforating (CTP)
- Real-time monitoring of downhole parameters
- Depth correlation techniques (CCL or equivalent)
- Experience with integrated intervention workflows (multi-operation, single-trip execution)
- Exposure to downhole sensors, telemetry systems, or intelligent intervention technologies
