Job Summary
The Fishing Tool Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising onshore workover fishing operations, including retrieval of downhole equipment in wells with
single and dual string completions
.
The role ensures safe, efficient, and technically sound fishing interventions while maintaining client requirements and operational KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise
- onshore fishing operations
- during workover activities.
- Plan fishing jobs, select
- appropriate BHA and tools
- (overshots, spears, mills, jars, etc.).
- Execute fishing programs in wells with
- single and dual string completion configurations

- Analyze well data (schematics, deviation, completion type) to determine optimal fishing strategy.
- Troubleshoot stuck pipe, parted tubing, dropped objects, and complex downhole scenarios.
- Coordinate with rig crew, workover supervisors, and client representatives.
- Ensure compliance with
- HSE standards

- Maintain accurate job reports, daily logs, and post-job analysis.
