We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in closing property transactions.
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-provided databases and marketing leads.
- Introduce and promote available real estate properties and investment opportunities.
- Identify client requirements and qualify prospects based on their buying or investment interests.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings/site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement and nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Stay updated on current property listings, market trends, and company projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Telugu are an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the UAE real estate market.
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales conversion.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
