Junior Accountant (Tally Experience Required)
About This Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records using Tally ERP
- Handle daily bookkeeping, including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
- Assist in preparing invoices, LPOs, and delivery notes
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist with VAT filing and compliance (UAE regulations)
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for financial matters
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction or building materials industry is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
