Mobile & Laptop Repair Technician (Level 3)
About This Role
Fixsquad has a requirement for two experienced Level 3 Repair Technicians specializing in mobile phone and laptop repairs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform Level 3 repairs on smartphones (iPhone, Android) and laptops of all major brands.
- Carry out motherboard troubleshooting, chip-level soldering, and IC replacement.
- Perform quality testing to ensure devices meet Fixsquad’s repair standards.
- Document repair details accurately and manage spare parts usage.
- Provide support for walk-in customers at mall counters and corporate clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in phone and laptop repair (Level 3 board-level).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
