Duties and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's events and exhibition services.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with prospective clients.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding event participation, exhibition bookings, and service inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer databases and contact records.
- Explain event packages, exhibition opportunities, sponsorship options, and promotional services to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about upcoming events and exhibitions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities.
- Prepare and submit call reports, lead status updates, and customer feedback to management.
- Assist in promoting events through phone campaigns and other outreach activities.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support event registration and attendee confirmation processes when required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or event marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
