- Job Title – Telecaller – Card Activation & Acquisition - 6 months contract

- Mandatory – 5-6 years of Telecalling experience in in banking, fintech, or financial services
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to SME/business banking customers
- Drive card activation and new customer acquisition
- Promote Visa SME Debit Card products
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively
- Follow structured sales scripts provided by the bank
