Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell the company's facility management services over the phone.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers via telephone to promote products and services.
  • Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
