Role Description
This full-time Quantity Surveyor - Landscaping role is based on-site in Dubai.
The role involves cost estimation, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and effective cost management strategies to support comprehensive project planning.
Responsibilities
include ensuring cost reporting and control throughout project phases and collaborating with the landscaping team to achieve optimized results within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Experience with Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Knowledge of landscaping materials, techniques, and services
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or relevant field
- Familiarity with local UAE construction and landscaping regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities
