We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Female Tele Sales Executive** to join our growing Real Estate & Property Management company in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce and promote our real estate and property management services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and CRM is an advantage).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets.
