Friends Guide Travel & Tourism LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel & Tourism Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have experience in travel bookings, visa processing, holiday packages, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel planning and holiday packages.
- Handle flight, hotel, and transportation bookings.
- Process tourist visas and travel-related documentation.
- Provide travel advice and destination information.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tourism partners.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Knowledge of flight reservation systems and travel procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online booking platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE experience preferred.
