Tele Sales Executive
About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through high-volume outbound calls, booking meetings for property consultants, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients
Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline
Book and coordinate qualified appointments for real estate consultants
Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion opportunities
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive client experience
Accurately update and manage client data in the CRM (Bitrix preferred)
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and appointments
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven telesales experience in the Dubai real estate market
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
High confidence in cold calling and working with targets
Ability to handle rejection and objections in a professional manner
Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
Good computer skills and experience using CRM systems (Bitrix is a plus)
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

English & Arabic preference
