Role Overview
We are seeking a highly presentable articulate and proactive professional to join as a Tele Sales.
This role requires exceptional communication and persuasion skills along with strong organizational capabilities to support senior leadership while actively driving sales outreach and client engagement.
The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, tech savvy and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services and generate leads
Communicate value propositions clearly and confidently to potential clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow ups
Convert leads into qualified opportunities through effective persuasion
Maintain accurate records of calls leads and outcomes in CRM systems
Achieve defined sales targets and performance KPIs
Prepare reports, presentations and business documents
Assist in planning, tracking and executing business initiatives
Handle internal and external communication
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Support business planning through structured data organization and tracking
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
Maintain organized documentation reporting and follow up systems
Assist in organizing meetings, events and internal coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory
Strong persuasion negotiation and interpersonal skills
Confident professional and presentable personality
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience
with planning and productivity tools such as MS Planner Trello Asana or similar
Hands on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce HubSpot Zoho or similar
Ability to create structured reports trackers and presentations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Proactive self-driven and solution-oriented mindset
Strong time management and execution discipline
Experience
Two to five years of experience in Tele Sales Business Development Executive Assistance or similar roles
Proven experience in client handling lead generation and conversion preferred

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Support and resolving inquiries effectively
- Proven Sales and persuasion skills to achieve set targets
- Ability to adapt to Training programs and implement strategies for growth
- Proficiency in CRM systems and maintaining organized records
- Great interpersonal skills and a goal-driven mindset
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
- Previous experience in sales or telesales is preferred
