About the Role
We are a Dubai-based financial services company looking for motivated and target-driven Financial Sales Executives to join our growing team.
The role involves contacting potential clients, introducing financial products, qualifying leads, and assisting clients throughout the onboarding process in a professional sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads
- Introduce and explain financial and investment-related products to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable offerings
- Guide clients through account opening and onboarding procedures
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records and follow company sales processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam or Kannada is mandatory
- Good English communication skills required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, financial sales, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in Forex, CFDs, investments, or financial products is an advantage
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and confident in handling sales calls
- Must be available to work on-site in Dubai
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Visit visa and employment visa candidates may apply
