Customer Service Manager.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Agent to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outbound calls, follow-ups and referrals.
  • Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Key skills include excellent bilingual verbal/written communication and active listening abilities.
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Candidates should be self-driven, resilient in handling rejection, and adaptable to changing scenarios.
  • Performance will be measured by sales closed, revenue generated, customer feedback, retention rates, call volume, and conversion rates.
  • Shifts flexibility and a willingness to join events, booths, or field activities are highly desired.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelore degree.
  • Preferably Previous experience im a customer service or call center role.
  • Excellent English language.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
