We are looking for a motivated and persuasive
Telecaller
to join our Real Estate team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and marketing leads
- Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and project features clearly and confidently
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects regularly to maintain engagement and convert interest into site visits
- Schedule appointments and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and client interactions in CRM
- Handle inbound inquiries from advertisements, listings, and digital campaigns
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong communication, tele-calling, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively
- Experience in client handling, lead follow-ups, and building long-term customer relationships
- Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and delivering targeted pitches to convert leads
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and related regulations is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer care, or real estate sales is desirable
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
