Technology & Systems Support Officer

will support the technology infrastructure of Empire Holding and its associated businesses.

This role focuses on

investor portals, CRM systems, Microsoft 365 administration, user support, automation projects, AI tools, and operational technology systems

.

It is a support-level position offering strong opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer investor portals, user accounts, CRM updates, and

Microsoft 365

  • users and permissions
  • Support email systems and coordinate website updates
  • Assist with
  • AI and automation initiatives
  • across the business
  • Support system integrations and operational technology projects
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues
  • Manage user access permissions and system-related support requests
  • Coordinate with external technology providers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to digital transformation and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in
  • Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum
  • 2 years of experience
  • in IT support or systems administration
  • Strong knowledge of

Microsoft 365

  • Good understanding of
  • CRM systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good understanding of

Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Tools

  • and business applications, including tools and platforms offered by leading AI companies
  • Experience with
  • CRM platforms, websites, cloud services, and business software
  • Interest in
  • automation, digital transformation, and operational technology projects
