The Technology Operations team supports engineering through recurring reporting and operational governance.

Responsibilities
- Own recurring operational and productivity reporting end-to-end.
- Handle ad hoc data requests from senior managers, explaining and defending analysis.
- Contribute to operational effectiveness initiatives such as process redesign.
- Own daily operational hygiene and resilience work, flagging issues to the Operations Director.
- Build strong relationships across technology teams.
Candidate profile
- Be comfortable working across data, process improvement, and operational coordination.
- Bring experience owning and delivering analytical work end-to-end.
- Understand AI-enabled development and use sound judgment about when and why to apply these tools.
- Connect metrics, processes, and governance through systems thinking.
- Communicate effectively with senior managers, work through ambiguity, and identify suitable approaches.
- Have practical experience in business analytics or operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
