Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead design meetings with business process leaders to determine requirements.
• Lead project streams, engage clients, and expect regular travel.
• Contribute to service expansion and sales through RFP responses.
• Support project phases including governance, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout.
• Collaborate on Dynamics 365 methodologies, tools, thought leadership, and accelerators.
• Coordinate with client technology professionals and third-party alliances; build long-term relationships.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, computer science, IT, computer engineering, MIS, mathematics, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of ERP professional consulting experience.
• At least one full lifecycle Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation from analysis through deployment.
• At least 2 years of implementation experience with Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Finance-only applicants need project accounting experience.
• Relevant capabilities include application functional design, system configuration design, technology business architecture frameworks, relationship building, and complex problem-solving.

Preferred qualifications

• A master’s degree in a listed related field is desired.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are desirable.

Compensation and benefits

• US base salary range is $102,500–$187,900; the range for New York City Metro, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento is $122,900–$213,400.
• Compensation is determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography; benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off.
