Opportunity

Main responsibilities

• Deliver client engagements, build lasting relationships, and contribute to team development.
• Identify potential business opportunities and develop ideas and solutions for internal and external clients.
• Lead system integration project design and execution, and develop technology roadmaps.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.
• Work with clients and data, technology, and strategic partners on major technology-enabled transformations.

Skills and experience

• Relevant experience or education in technology, engineering, financial services, or a related field.
• Business needs analysis and translation into detailed system specifications is preferred.
• Financial services technology solution design and implementation experience is preferred.
• Agile project experience supporting iterative development and continuous improvement is preferred.
• Two to five or more years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
• French-English bilingualism and strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are preferred.
• Adaptability, collaboration, autonomy, and the ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences.

Compensation and benefits

• Compensation is performance-based and includes discretionary bonus potential; salary ranges are listed for Toronto Staff and Senior levels.
