• Who You ll become
• As a Technology Consultant, you will help customers implement and adopt SAP solutions so they realize measurable business outcomes.
• In this early-career role, you will support both solution delivery and post-go-live adoption across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP applying AI-enabled insights to accelerate enablement, release adoption, usage monitoring, and value realization.
• You ll develop skills in IT strategy, SAP technologies, cloud solutions, and AI, learning hands-on through real projects with guidance from experienced consultants.
• This role is a strong entry point into enterprise consulting, where you ll help customers successfully implement and adopt solutions, use AI to improve outcomes, and grow your career in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
• What you ll do:
• Successfully complete a structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy program
• Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and real-customer engagement scenarios
• Support solution implementation activities including fit-to-standard analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and go-live using SAP Activate
• Assist in translating business requirements into functional and technical solution components under guidance
• Contribute to defining IT landscapes and integration points aligned with enterprise architecture principles
• Support post-go-live adoption activities, including enablement planning and release adoption
• Help monitor usage, consumption indicators, KPIs, and value realization metrics
• Contribute to Outcome Success Plans and track post-deployment business impact
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery quality, adoption insights, and documentation efficiency
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, and partners to maintain alignment
• Learn and apply SAP methodologies, agile practices, and integrated toolchains to support high-quality project execution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, knowledge assets, and customer experience

• Support customer relationships through consistent delivery quality, responsiveness, and professionalism
• Ensure disciplined execution, documentation, and follow-up across implementation and adoption activities
• Provide clear and concise communications aligned to customer priorities and business outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain clarity of roles, responsibilities, and ownership
• Identify potential risks related to delivery or adoption and support mitigation planning
• Ensure alignment between customer objectives, SAP recommendations, and realized outcomes
• Uphold SAP standards for quality, governance, and engagement excellence
