Our client Infotech is looking for a Business Technology Consultant in Riyadh

Infotech seeks an experienced Business Technology Partner to drive digital transformation initiatives and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with business units to understand and analyze their requirements, then designing effective and sustainable technological solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in business analysis, solution design, and project management, with a deep understanding of various software development life cycle methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. They are capable of translating complex business challenges into practical technical implementations that support and enhance organizational goals.

In this leadership position, the Business Technology Partner will manage a team of five professionals, guiding and mentoring them through complex projects and ensuring alignment with Infotechs strategic objectives. The role demands excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. The partner must demonstrate analytical problem-solving abilities, maintain high standards in documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, and Solution Design Documents, and contribute to IT governance and agile methodologies adoption to streamline project delivery and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements that meet organizational needs.
• Design and recommend innovative technology solutions that align with business strategies and goals.
• Guide the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Lead and manage a team of five professionals, providing direction, support, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team environment.
• Oversee the preparation of comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, and Solution Design Documents to facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams.
• Utilize strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units and technical teams, including geographically distributed groups, to drive project success.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure consistent application of digital transformation initiatives aligned with cutting-edge industry practices and organizational priorities.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Promote agile methodologies to enhance project flexibility, team collaboration, and rapid delivery of value.
• Support decision-making processes by evaluating technical options, risks, and benefits in line with strategic objectives.
