Technology Advisory Alliance Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Technology, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 6–10+ years in enterprise software alliances, partner management, pre-sales engineering, or as an active ERP selection consultant.
• Demonstrated track record of success working within mid-market or enterprise software solutions, ideally with cloud-based ERP systems.
• Ecosystem Acumen: Deep understanding of how independent ERP selection processes work, including evaluation scorecards, RFP formats, and the strict boundaries of advisor neutrality.
• Technical Aptitude: Capable of confidently discussing cloud architecture, API integrations, and core functional workflows without requiring immediate pre-sales engineering support.
• Relationship Building: Exceptional executive presentation, networking, and influence skills; capable of earning trust with C-suite advisory leaders, practice directors, and principal consultants.
• Execution & Organization: Strong self-starter capabilities with a data-driven approach to tracking pipeline metrics, deal progression, and portfolio activity.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, typically 10–20% (for industry conferences, advisor visits, and team meetings).
