Seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with Moody's Risk Authority (RAY) and Basel Capital implementation expertise.
The role focuses on banking risk solutions, regulatory reporting, liquidity risk, ALM, IRRBB, FTP, and Moody's Analytics product implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Moody's Risk Authority (RAY) implementations across banking clients.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
- Configure Basel Capital, liquidity risk, ALM, IRRBB, FTP, and regulatory reporting solutions.
- Perform data mapping, ETL design, data transformation, and system configuration.
- Collaborate with business, risk, finance, and IT stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Configure behavioral models, forecasting assumptions, and regulatory calculations.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, user manuals, and implementation documentation.
- Deliver product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge transfer.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide production support.
Requirements
- 8+ years of banking risk management solutions experience.
- At least 5 years of Moody's implementation experience.
- Hands-on Moody's Analytics implementation experience and strong Moody's Risk Authority (RAY) experience.
- Experience implementing Basel Capital solutions; strong Basel Capital implementation experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of liquidity risk, ALM, IRRBB, FTP, regulatory reporting, and stress testing.
- Experience in data mapping, ETL, data modelling, solution configuration, and complete implementation lifecycle delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred skills
- Moody's Risk Confidence (RCO) or Risk Authority (RAY) certification is preferred.
- Experience with global banking clients, SQL and banking data models, or Agile delivery environments is preferred.
