About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Andon to join our Volvo Service Centers across the UAE.
In this role, you will lead and coach the Volvo Personal Service team to improve customer experience, workshop efficiency, and overall productivity while minimizing operational costs.
You will play a key role in supporting the team with technical guidance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the workshop maintains high service standards and strong customer satisfaction.
What you will do
- Conduct daily team meetings, monitor workshop performance indicators, and support short- and long-term planning to keep work in progress within target levels.
- Coach and support Personal Service Technicians on technical and administrative matters, coordinate workshop improvement activities, and ensure high standards in 5S, productivity, and quality.
- You will also contribute to customer retention, value-added service sales, training completion, and follow-up activities to enhance overall service center performance.
