We are looking for an experienced Andon to join our Volvo Service Centers across the UAE.

In this role, you will lead and coach the Volvo Personal Service team to improve customer experience, workshop efficiency, and overall productivity while minimizing operational costs.

You will play a key role in supporting the team with technical guidance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the workshop maintains high service standards and strong customer satisfaction.

You will be part of the Volvo Service Centers team, working closely with the Aftersales Manager and Personal Service Technicians to deliver a seamless and high-quality service experience for customers.

The team is focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and maintaining dealer standards while supporting customer satisfaction and workshop performance targets.

You should be confident in problem-solving, customer complaint handling, and managing service quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership and coaching capability, solid automotive technical expertise, and the ability to guide a team in a fast-paced workshop environment.
