Role Overview

Treatment Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal and other approved aesthetic treatments safely and professionally.
• Conduct client consultations, assess skin and hair types, and recommend suitable treatments.
• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, possible side effects, and aftercare instructions.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and clients before each procedure.
• Operate laser and beauty equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and clinic protocols.
• Perform facial, skin-care, and other beauty treatments within the scope of practice.

Safety and Clinic Operations

• Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and infection control standards.
• Monitor clients during treatments and report unusual reactions or concerns to the medical team.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records, including settings, sessions, products, and feedback.
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain equipment after each treatment.
• Check consumable stock levels and inform management when supplies need to be reordered.
• Follow clinic policies, health and safety regulations, and professional standards.

Client Service and Teamwork

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly attitude.
• Maintain client confidentiality and respect privacy at all times.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, and other clinic staff to support smooth patient flow and service.
• Support treatment quality, client satisfaction, and service targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Have good knowledge of laser hair removal and beauty treatments.
• Be able to operate laser and aesthetic equipment safely and correctly.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Have good consultation and client-care skills.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow treatment protocols.
• Be able to identify contraindications and recognize possible adverse reactions.
• Have good time-management and organizational skills.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow clinic procedures.
• Work six days per week.
