Job Description
- Executes all carpentry and associated work to the highest professional standards for the whole complex
- Performs the tasks assigned and ensures their implementation whilst working independently
- Acts on issues and concerns in the activity field immediately and reports findings to management
- Controls stocks and other items in the workshop, maintaining accurate records and ordering additional materials as required
- Adheres to the daily task schedule and ensures timely implementation of all assigned work
- Maintains and inspects all carpentry tools and equipment to ensure they remain in optimal working condition
- Collaborates effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure seamless project completion
- Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices within the workshop environment
- Conducts quality assurance checks on completed work to verify adherence to professional standards and specifications
- Prepares work areas and gathers necessary materials prior to commencing assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma / Certificate in Carpenter
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Other: Should be able to communicate well in English.
