Technical Writer

Requirements

• · You have 2 or more years of experience in technical writing for software or SaaS products.
• · You write clear, professional American English and can adapt your style for a global audience.
• · You can translate complex technical details into clear, accessible documentation.
• · You work well with multidisciplinary teams and are comfortable partnering with engineering, product, and UX.
• · You plan and track your work using Jira and Confluence. You seek clarity, follow through on commitments, and communicate proactively.
• · You have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a field relevant to this role.
• Your Team
• We are part of the Product organization. Our group reports to the VP of UX. You will be a member of the Technical Writing team, which reports to the manager of Global Content. Global Content includes two teams: Technical Writing and Content Design.
• We have work flexible schedules. India team members collaborate with US-based colleagues across time zones, with team calls scheduled to accommodate distributed working hours.
