Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear, structured, outcomefocused documentation.
  • Ability to analyse and understand service functions, operational processes, and crossfunctional dependencies.
  • Competence in synthesising complex information into concise, practical performance statements.
  • High attention to detail, with strong organisation, planning, and documentgovernance discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage internal stakeholders across different levels and functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal documentation systems such as SharePoint, or similar tools used to manage and maintain controlled documents.
  • Understanding of how performance measures, service expectations, and operational outcomes interact within an outcomes focused operating model.
  • Tertiary qualification in Technical Writing, Communications, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Equivalent experience in technical writing or operational documentation will be considered in place of formal qualifications.
  • Certifications
  • Certificate in Technical Writing, Professional Writing, or similar.
  • Certificate IV in Business, Project Management, or Leadership (advantageous).
  • Training or micro‐credentials in service design, business analysis, process mapping, or continuous improvement (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma Yellow Belt).
  • Any relevant documentation, editing, or content management certification.
