- will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs across Generative AI, LLMs, Conversational AI technologies, and broader data capability topics.
- This role will work closely with customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and product SMEs to ensure that learners gain practical, outcomes-focused knowledge and skills that enable successful adoption of AI solutions.
- The ideal candidate excels in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex technical topics into compelling, business-relevant education.
- Design, develop, and deliver technical and business-focused training programs across:
- Generative AI & LLM fundamentals and applied use cases
- Conversational AI technologies/platforms
- AI-enabled data platform education
- Facilitate workshops and classroom sessions onsite and virtually, adapting delivery to audience needs.
- Translate complex AI and data concepts into practical, hands-on learning experiences.
- Build training assets, including presentations, lab exercises, handouts, assessments, and playbooks.
- Work with customers to define training goals, outcomes, and tailored learning pathways.
- Partner with SMEs, sales, and solution architects to incorporate real-world scenarios and customer context.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI/LLM platforms, tools, and industry best practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine content for improved learner outcomes.
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure training aligns with customer transformation goals.
- Support presales activities where training capability input is required.
- Mentor junior trainers and contribute to continuous improvement of the training organisation.
- Represent Bell Integration at knowledge-sharing events, customer briefings, and partner engagements.
- Experience in technical training, enablement, consulting, or AI practice role.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Conversational AI solutions/platforms.
- Experience designing and facilitating interactive workshops and applied learning sessions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence across technical & business groups.
- Ability to understand and connect technology capabilities to business and customer outcomes.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Experience working with AI industry tools/technologies such as:
• Azure OpenAI / OpenAI
- AWS Bedrock
• Google Vertex AI
- Leading Conversational AI vendors (e.g., Kore.ai, Omilia, etc.)
- Experience delivering training in virtual and classroom environments.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Vendor certifications in AI/LLMs and/or cloud hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience working with enterprise customers across multiple industries.
- Background in data engineering, data analytics, or solution architecture.
- Experience with presales enablement and customer education strategies.
- Experience operating in the UAE or GCC region.
