Technical Support Manager

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Technical Support Manager to lead our support operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can combine technical expertise with strong team management to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical support team, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
- Oversee daily support operations, including incident management and issue resolution
- Develop and implement support processes, SLAs, and best practices
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, response times, and service quality
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Analyze support metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or IT service management
- Proven experience in leading support teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and customer support tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
