The Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Technical Support Manager to lead our support operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can combine technical expertise with strong team management to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the technical support team, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
  • Oversee daily support operations, including incident management and issue resolution
  • Develop and implement support processes, SLAs, and best practices
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, response times, and service quality
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Analyze support metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or IT service management
  • Proven experience in leading support teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and customer support tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
