Technical Support / Document Controller
About This Role
- Develop and maintain document control procedures and filing systems in line with company and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed user manuals and documentation scripts for in-house software and internal workflows.
- Manage the flow of technical documents between internal departments, clients, and vendors to ensure proper distribution and version control.
- Receive, check, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents (drawings, datasheets, reports, correspondence, etc.).
- Ensure that all project documents comply with established standards, templates, and naming conventions.
- Maintain a tracking system to monitor document status, revisions, and approval stages.
- Regularly update document registers and ensure traceability of all project deliverables.
- Support engineers and project managers in locating and retrieving required information promptly.
- Handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion.
- Support audits, inspections, and quality management initiatives by providing accurate document records.
- Coordinate with IT and software teams for improvements and automation of document control systems.
