Responsibilities
- Use clinical insight to identify customer training and application service requirements.
- Support case handling and summarize common issues, solutions, and protocols.
- Deliver escalated case information clearly to headquarters, follow up on solutions, and provide timely feedback.
- Analyze team improvement gaps, conduct technical training, and organize internal training.
- Create training plans for new customer application service staff and evaluate their capability improvements.
- Support major projects, especially new product and high-end customer delivery.
- Support centralized training for distributors.
Requirements
- More than five years of experience in local IVD service.
- Experience in hematology, biochemistry, immunoassay, and hospital LIS systems is preferred.
- Experience building a service technology system is preferred.
- Good communication with engineers and strong interpersonal, logical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with LIS connections and basic IVD clinical knowledge.
- Teaching experience is required.
