Role Overview
Public Affairs Manager (Saudi National) based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Reports to the General Manager, Mindray Saudi Arabia and the Director, International Public Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key government entities (MOH, SFDA, NUPCO, CHI, etc.).
- Monitor Saudi regulations, healthcare policies, and localisation requirements.
- Ensure compliance across government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, ZATCA, and MOC.
- Advise HR, Finance, Legal, and business teams on regulatory updates and compliance requirements.
- Support government procurement, market access, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Represent Mindray in government, industry, and healthcare forums.
Requirements
- Saudi National (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi government regulations and healthcare sector.
- Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms and compliance processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
