Responsibilities

• Process support requests and own incidents through resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, servers, peripherals, and network hardware.
• Document configurations and operating practices; implement and monitor security policies.
• Perform backups and recovery, hardware and software upgrades, and Exchange email troubleshooting.
• Participate in infrastructure and software projects, communicate progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and help mitigate them.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Requirements

• Minimum grade 12 education is required; a post-secondary IT diploma or degree is preferred.
• Zero to two years of related industry experience is required.
• A solid understanding of Windows 11, Active Directory user and group administration, and computer hardware troubleshooting is required.
• Exchange or O365 email administration and VPN software experience are assets.
• Strong English communication, organization, prioritization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are sought.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation is stated as $26–30 per hour.
