About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advisory services to customers, contractors, installers, consultants, and service partners remotely and on-site.
• Diagnose service issues and perform troubleshooting for timely resolution.
• Perform system start-up, commissioning, testing, handover, service, repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Manage warranty cases and prepare service documentation through the designated Service Portal.
• Deliver technical training and support spare parts quotations, service proposals, and maintenance offerings.
• Participate in standby and emergency-response rotations and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Support technical development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Technical vocational qualification, diploma, or equivalent technical education is required.
• At least five years of relevant field service, commissioning, maintenance, or technical support experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with heating and hot water systems in customer-facing environments is required.
• Experience with boilers and hot water systems is required.
• Experience with steam boilers and heat pump systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and product documentation is required.
• Experience with contractors, installers, consultants, service partners, and end users is required.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.

• Strong customer-service orientation, professional communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities are required.
• The role requires independent working, accountability, organization, planning, and documentation skills.
• The position requires extensive travel within the UAE and participation in standby and emergency-service duties.
• Good written and spoken English is required; additional regional languages are advantageous.
