What You Will Do:
- Accountable for active participation in company safety culture
- Gain offshore experience in the lab, plant and office environment to conduct project work, planning and routine production chemistry support
- Chemical selection, application and performance monitoring
- Produce and present Technical Reports to meet Customer requirements
- Expected and encouraged to share and grow your knowledge and expertise collaboratively with colleagues across ChampionX
- Work closely with Line Manager to begin to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement / innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales
- Assist in the development of strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new customers
- Assist with problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
- Preferred Education and Experience:
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other Science subject
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships across multiple levels of an organisation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent work ethic; always promoting a positive attitude
- Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in offshore environment
