About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Engineer – Passive Fire.

You will sell passive fire protection products and solutions, bring strong technical knowledge, and build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Passive Fire Protection products, including fire stopping systems, fireproofing solutions, fire-rated sealants, boards, coatings, wraps, and related items.
  • Develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and decision-makers.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to support specifications.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure delivery.
  • Provide technical support on product selection, application methods, and fire safety compliance.
  • Track pipelines, competitors, and market trends to uncover opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales and quotation records in CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in Passive Fire Protection, Fire Stopping, Fireproofing, or related construction products.
  • Solid knowledge of passive fire protection systems and standards such as UL, ASTM, BS, EN, and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code.
  • Experience with consultants, contractors, and major construction projects.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

  • Strong technical and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to read project specifications and construction drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
